Soul Odyssey is now accepting Health Insurance. Check with your provider to see if you are covered or you can come in, fill out the paperwork and I will check for you. Aetna, Kemper/bridge, United Health Care, Benesight are a few that I can cover. Call to see if you are on my list of providers. As of August 2009 I do not accept Blue Cross, Group Health or Medicare. I am working to be able to cover them in the future.

Payment is expected at the time of service. At this time cash, checks, or credit cards through PayPal are accepted. All returned checks are subject to a fee of $25.00. All taxes are included in these fees. All fees subject to change without notice.

If you don’t have a PayPal account you can set one up by going to https://www.paypal.com/

You can also send me an email with the information about what services you want and I will send a request for money to your email address through PayPal. The email will instruct you how to pay.
